The following services will be provided upon receipt of Settlement Agreement and payment of fees:

   • Preparation of the QDRO, QILDRO, or other appropriate order.
   • Submission to the plan administrator for review.
   • Negotiations (if any) with the plan administrator.
   • Changes (if any) requested by the plan administrator.
   • Instructions for submission to the judge for signature.
   • Limited tax advice regarding your client's account and distribution.

Consultation prior to final Settlement Agreement or negotiation of same is offered at a $250 hourly rate. QQLS does not provide actuarial services and will advise when needed.
